Appointment Policy
- Blue Neptune Body and Waxing is by appointment only
- All appointments are booked online only as everything is self-serving
- You will only be able to book same day appointments, if the available appointment times are visible
- To hold your appointment slot, your CREDIT CARD is required. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNLESS THERE IS A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE. THIS WILL SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT.
Tardiness
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time, this is to ensure that the client has time to complete all necessary health history forms and use the facilities as needed
- Appointment times are as scheduled (a 10 minute grace period is only allowed) and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
- No arrival after 10 minutes, results in a same day cancellation, therefore the card on file will be charged.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
- Clients who missed their appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.
- Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged 100% of the service to your card on file for same say cancellation ( this means if your appointment is at 3pm on Tuesday, then the latest you cancel is Monday at 2:55pm). If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
- Any client with symptoms of COVID-19 should self quarantine for 10-14 days. If temperature upon arrival is 100.0F the appointment will be canceled immediately.
Client Consent Electronic Form
- I have voluntarily elected to undergo this treatment/procedure after the nature and purpose of this treatment has been explained to me, along with the risks and hazards involved, by the licensed therapist. I also understand
- Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, I have been informed of possible benefits, risks, and complications. I also recognize there are no guaranteed results and that independent results are dependent upon age, skin condition, and lifestyle and that there is the possibility I may require further treatments of the treated areas to obtain the expected results at an additional cost.
- I have read and understand the post-treatment home care instructions. I understand how important it is to follow all instructions given to me for post-treatment care. In the event that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or suggested home product/post-treatment care, I will consult the licensed therapist immediately.
- I have also, to the best of my knowledge, given an accurate account of my medical history, including all known allergies or prescription drugs or products I am currently ingesting or using topically.
- I have read and fully understand this agreement and all information detailed above. I understand the procedure and accept the risks. All of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and I consent to the terms of this agreement. I do not hold the licensed therapist, who does accept to perform the service, responsible for any of my conditions that were present, but not disclosed at the time of the skin care procedure, wax or massage therapy, which may be affected by the treatment or service performed today. i
- I understand that it is the therapist right to use personal protection equipment during a service, such as gloves and a face mask when appropriate.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If you are dissatisfied with your completed wax service at Blue Neptune Body and Waxing, a complimentary fix or touch up will be given. You have 24 hours to call, text, or email to notify your dissatisfaction of the original service date, then you will be scheduled at your discretion no more than 7 days.
- Due to the pandemic, all supplies used in service will be disposable.

GROUPON CUSTOMERS
As of August 10, 2020, groupon vouchers are no longer being accepted, however, you may still book your service. This means at the time of your appointment, you will pay the full service amount with the credit card on file.
You will need to contact groupon customer service to receive your refund for the voucher previously purchased. Again, at the time of service the full service amount will be due.
